Summer is officially here and so is the unbearable 100 degree heat. This is a smoothie I have been loving to stay cool for a midday pick me up or for a healthy breakfast. It’s quick, easy, healthy, and delicious. 🙂
Here is what you need:
2 Peaches
3 to 4 Strawberries
1 Banana
3 Spoonfuls of Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup of Ice
1/2 cup of Water
1/2 tsp of Honey
3 to 4 Strawberries
