Stuffed Bell Peppers

Here is another one of my favorite recipes that I wanted to share. It’s super easy and healthy. Here is step by step how to make this recipe.
What you need:
Can of black beans- drained
Can of Corn- drained
1 pack of Taco seasoning
1 lb of Ground turkey
1/2 cup of your favorite hot sauce
4 bell peppers
Olive oil
Cheddar Cheese
1 cup of brown rice

Go ahead and make your rice. I do mine in a rice maker but instant rice works just as well.
 Cut your pepper in halve and take out the stems and seeds.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and put peepers in a pan and drizzle olive oil on top and cook for 25 minutes. Now time to make the stuffing. Cook your ground turkey completely then mix it in a bowl with the corn, beans, rice, hot sauce and taco seasoning.
Mix it well, this is a good time for a taste test. 🙂 Then stuff the peppers and then let cook in the oven  for 20 minutes still on 350 degrees. When there is about 10 minutes left add as much cheese on top of your pepper as you would like. Once it’s done let cool and enjoy!
