One Pan – Spicy Pepperoni Chicken & Mushroom Penne

 This is one of my favorite recipes to make. One of my dear teaching friends gave me this recipe years back. I tweaked some of it over time for my family’s taste. It’s super yummy and its one of those recipes that’s real easy to make and to clean up. It also feeds a lot of people. 🙂

 What you will need:
  16 oz of Penne Pasta
1/2 jar of Pepperinis
1 jar chopped up roasted bell peppers
1/2 c of Shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 pint of Heavy whipping cream
Oregano to taste
6 large mushrooms chopped
1/3 of a rotisserie chicken 
4 1/2 cups of boiling water

 First step is to get your dutch oven and begin to layer your ingredients

 Bell peppers
 1 layer of pepperonis
Penne pasta

Now add your boiling water!

 Cover and let it sit cooking in the hot water for 40 minutes.

When the time is up, open and make sure the pasta is completely cooked and soft. If its not just cook it longer on the stove for a few more minutes.

 Now add the cream and the cheese and mix it all up! That’s it. See how easy.
