Overnight Apple Cinnamon and Raisin Oatmeal

Ingredients:
1/2 apple cut up
1/2 banana
1/2 c oats
1/2c  almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1/4 c raisins
Mason Jar

Add your oats and almond milk into your mason jar. Then mash up 1/2 a banana into the mixture (make sure to blend it well)

Add your honey and cinnamon and mix it up.

Add your fruit to top it off and cover your mason jar. Let it sit in the fridge over night.

The next day you have yummy oatmeal that you can heat up and take with you.
Super easy and good for you!!

Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
1 Banana
2 eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Mix all your ingredients together. I like to mix mine in my magic bullet to get a nice smooth consistency.

With this recipe it makes 6 small pancakes. I like to make them smaller so they are easier to flip. As you can see there are only 5 in the picture. I had to taste test right? 😉

I added powdered sugar and some syrup to my pancakes.
They are guilt free and super yummy. 🙂
