Garlic Fiesta Ranch Chicken with Veggies

 What you will need:
4 chicken thighs bone in
2 big potatoes
1 sweet potato
1 small bag of baby cut carrots
1 packet of fiesta ranch seasoning
4 TBSP of brown sugar
1 TBSP of minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper
1 TBSP of olive oil
1/2 cup of water
 Dutch Oven
First, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 Peel and cut up your potatoes.
 Make sure to cut them up fairly small so they get nice and soft.

 Salt and pepper the chicken on the skin side

Spread 1/2 of the brown sugar on the skin side of the chicken.
 Add olive oil into your pan on medium high heat.

Once the pan is nice and hot, add the chicken with the skin side down to caramelize.

Season the other side of the chicken with salt, pepper and the rest of the brown sugar. After a couple minutes check for a nice golden brown caramelized skin, then flip the chicken over. 
Add the garlic.

 After each side of the chicken has cooked for a couple minutes, turn the heat off.
Add your veggies and add the fiesta ranch seasoning packet.

 Then pour in the water.
Bring the chicken to the top of the veggies so they get nice and soft.

 Place the lid on top of your dutch oven and into the oven. Cook for 45- 50 minutes.

 Let it cool and your ready to enjoy!!
